About Jessica Lyall & Cathie

Cathie is excited to once again be a part of the Affinity Group Pinnacle team! Born and raised in Toronto, she moved to small town Brock Township in her early thirties where she raised her two daughters. As someone who loves the country life, it was only fitting to make the north Durham and Kawartha Lakes region home. She worked as a part time administrator in a real estate office when her daughters were young and knew without a doubt that she would get her license one day. She went from being a part time administrator in real estate to a highly successful print salesperson, and on to owning her own print brokerage, but never wavered from the goal of becoming a real estate professional. In 2015, she realized her dream of becoming a realtor and hasn’t looked back! Cathie is excited to have her daughter Jessica join as her new partner. After spending the last few years after college living in Peterborough, Jessica is happy to be back living and working in Brock Township. Before getting her real estate license, she spent 7+ years in the medical field in Kawartha Lakes working with others to achieve their health and wellness goals. Through this experience, she discovered her fondness of helping others and how fulfilling it was having a positive impact on an individual’s life. Real estate has always been a keen interest of hers, and in 2020 she decided to combine her two passions and became a licensed realtor in 2021.
