About John Beukeboom & Dee

John is a proud Lindsay resident, raised on the dairy farm on Post Road his parents owned and operated. He learned the value of hard work and how important friends and community are. John played six years of pro hockey in the American Hockey League before returning to Lindsay. Dee was born in Oakville, raised in Richmond Hill where she was active in the community, sports, school, music, and the great outdoors. Dee was raised in a large, loving family with family values of education, cooperation, compassion, communication and strong work ethic. John played minor hockey here preparing him for junior hockey, and playing on the Memorial Cup winning Peterborough Petes team, on to pro hockey. Dee grew up playing competitive tennis and still plays. John still plays hockey. He is an excellent golfer and active member of the Lindsay G & CC. Dee took up golf and has a decent game. John is honoured to be an inducted member of the Lindsay and District Sports Hall of Fame for his hockey career. Dee is a member of the local Yoga community at the Yoga Loft and benefits from the balance, health and clarity yoga brings to all aspects of life. John and Dee are married and have a blended family of 6 wonderful adult children, 5 sons and 1 daughter, of whom they are extremely proud. Their professions are in management, writing, policing, health service, and two professional athletes. John and Dee love life in the Kawartha Lakes. Whether walking the dogs, working around their home and garden, being active in the community, spending time with family, golfing, they truly enjoy all that life has to offer in Lindsay. John and Dee are supporters of the The Lindsay Rugby Club, Lindsay Minor Hockey, The Boys and Girls Club, The Alzheimer’s Society and Canadian Blood Services. John has sold real estate since 1987, and has been recognized by the Canadian Real Estate Association for over 30 years of professional service. Dee began selling Real Estate with John in 2012.
